Scott came out to help re-key locks for a new home. He also provided new hardware so keys would be the same for the front and back doors. They also offer service to reprogram the garage door openers so the code only works with the remotes you ask for. He provided new keys AND even adjusted the striker plate on the front storm door at no cost! It wasn’t aligned properly so it wouldn’t lock.Great service, fast, clean, and locally owned. I would highly recommend.
Scott was kind, professional, and extremely efficient. I feared calling a locksmith because most will charge you the cost of your first child. Not these folks. Very fair pricing with work that was top notch. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call. You won't find anyone better in Louisville.
Locksoctor is the place to go for any type of key issue or copying. They are particularly good at copying car keys with chips. Stopped by the Lockdoctor on Taylorsville Road to have a key made for our 2017 Toyota rav 4. Michael was super helpful and friendly. The whole process took less then 1/2 hour. I had bought my own keys online 2 for $30. The dealer charge for 1 key was over $250. Lockdoctor's charge was $80. For 2 keys. Getting keys copied can be a hassel, the Lockdoctor may the experience easy and quick.
This is my second time using Lock Doctor. They are fast and professional. I have had them copy and reprogram key fobs. They use factory keys and also work on home door locks and safes. This locally owned business is outstanding at customer service and has a cute, clean waiting area.If you were locked out of your house or car they will come to the rescue in their company van and make a new key on the spot if you need it!They are so exceptional I will be featuring the on The Lou Review.
