Rude employee. I went in to get some keys copied after work around 5pm on 2/11. The lady working there was so rude I walked out. I tried to hand her the keys and she tapped the counter to have me set them down like she wont accept me to hand them to her. Then she yells what do you need in such a nasty way, with such a dirty look on her face as of I had done something wrong. I just picked up my keys and left. Went down to home depot and got the keys made. Avoid this place, super rude lady

This place has saved my life so many times. Especially Kim. She is an amazing person. First time I came to this store, I had lost the only key to my truck. I was able to have Tom come to my place and manufacture 2 brand new keys in the lobby of my apartment. It’s a sigh of relief in this day and age when you come across professionals who know what they are doing. Since then, I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Kim who has helped me with other issues throughout the years. She knows damn well what she is doing and always offers advice and other options before coming to see her, just to make sure things are done correctly and efficiently. I live down in Kendall and I’ll gladly make the drive up to see her if I need to. YOU GUYS ROCK!
