I purchased a new venetian bronze deadbolt and entry knob three months ago for my front door and then today I purchased another set for my back door and I received 10% off due to mentioning their ad for better than a price match where they will give 10% off if show a quote from a competitor.or 10% off in store.Their locks are great quality and prices are good and lower than many competitors! The staff are friendly and helpful. And on Wednesdays they have specials for copies of residential keys!
Even though they didn't have the means to assist me, they at least tried and gave excellent customer service.
Needed to replace my garage door knob and wanted to keep old key. When I called they told me to come in and that if I purchased the door knob there that they would transfer the old key for free. The price was vey competitive. A very nice young man did the work and I was out the door in only a few minutes. Highly recommended.
