Went in today as a first time customer to have an automotive key made for my doors in case i locked my only key inside. I was promptly greeted and was able to get the key I needed within minutes even though it was very busy. Amazing service from the staff and great prices. Would definitely recommend them over going to any hardware store for keys. The price was cheaper than other places I checked as well. 10/10 would recommend.
I had brought my accent keys to get a key fob made. They told me 400 for it to be coded with OEM fob part from Hyundai. Which I agreed to and was fine. But, then when they said it was ready they had trouble seeming to find the key and it wasn't ready. I said ok and came in later that week. When it was ready they told me I needed my receipt, so had to go all the way home to get this. When I got back to shop, they ended up telling me they couldn't even code my car with the physical key portion and ended up buying the fob which only locks and unlocks my door for $350.00 and got a credit back of $50.00.Poor customer service, overcharged for services provided and very poor communication. And whoever responds to these negative reviews sounds condescending and is bad business to be fighting negative reviews. It is honest testimonials of customer experiences.
Went in to get a spare key, he made one program it now my key remonte and car button dont work. He would not come and help, or check what he did. Can only use key. If i could give no stars i would

Third time using this businesses service and it's been a pleasure each time.First time was to get a spare key made for our car. They were fast and thorough. Vendor made sure it worked to our liking (which it did).Second time, year later, was to have a battery replaced in the key fob.Third time, the charm, was to have the other car keys battery replaced. The attendant checked the existing batteries charge and let us know it was virtually new. He even went as far as to go outside and do a check and let us know it performed fine with no message, through the car's instrumentation, stating otherwise. He checked the other keys battery and it too was fine. Could have charged us for a new battery but was honest and saved us the expense. We were charged for the overall service, which was understandable and reasonably priced. This is our number one place for locksmith service here in Moncton, NB.Of note was the fact, when we arrived this time, one of the attendants were outside, having a smoke while we parked in their parking lot. As my lovely wife Pat was getting out of the car, this attendant put out his smoke and rushed over to the front door. Before Pat could get to the door, this gentleman was holding the door open for her. I was taking my time and getting pictures to post with my review. This same attendant served our needs. As a side note, at one point I noticed their dog sitting in the back just staring off the whole time we were in this shop. Noticing his attention never seemed to wander from staring off in the same direction, I asked the young man serving us what might be drawing it's attention. Laughing, this man said that he'd noticed the dog doing that and suspected, as the work day was ending, that the dog knew what time they'd be going home and it was watching the clock do its countdown. Devoted dog, I hope his owner never has to work late. Time shifts must be a killer for this wonder dog.
