Called Serrurier LockMedic because both my front door and side door were jamming when trying to open them from the out side. They were very responsive and were able to pass by the next day (since it was not an urgency for me). After inspection, I needed to replace the full lock and handle kit on the front door, and the door knob on the side door. He had all new replacement parts on hand in his truck, and the work done was quick and efficient. He explained very well all my options before any work was done. I would highly recommend this Locksmith for any customer looking for a honest and efficient job.
