I came here to as my key fob was not working property and was never connecting. I called me he told me to pop in and see what he can do- fixed it in 5 minutes and saved me $500 from getting a new key!!!! Will always come back here for everything need to my car. Amazing service

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.
I tried to contact Mike multiple times to install an IGLA system. Each time, he told me he would call back another day to book the appointment — but he never did. I sent several messages and never received a single reply.

If you value your time and money, I do not recommend doing business with this company. If simply booking an appointment is this difficult, I can’t imagine the frustration if an issue arises after the installation.

Excellent service getting a new smart key after my bag with keys and wallet were stolen in Montreal. He made a very hard day a little easier. Great text communication. He even paid the tow truck driver for the extra mileage I incurred over my coverage limit and added it to my bill because I couldn't get to my back-up credit card until after he was able to unlock the glove box. It went extremely quick and was much less than the dealer and other locksmiths.
