I wanted some jewelry pieces that I had originally passed up during an out of town visit in the store, but they were kind, helpful, and patient in their willingness to facilitate the purchase.
Their inventory is incredible, their knowledge is superb, and their customer service was beyond outstanding.They helped us find our pocket door hardware and found us an antique lock and key, mix matched plates, found another plate in the back and it topped off the whole package. They made us a spare key in just seconds. When we left we didn't have the keys in the bag and Michelle went running down the street to find us. You can't ask for a better door hardware shopping experience! Thank you all so much!!!
