Joe came out in the remnants of this winter storm we are having in Louisiana and saved me from being stranded. Great price and great service and fast! My key broke in half for my 2012 Ford Focus. The replacement key cost me about $185. I gave him a $37 tip just for helping me at such a short notice as well as again to reiterate during the cold as well as it starts to get dark at around 5:00 pm these days. He said I was the last one for the day and truly I really appreciate it. I'm going to be using this service again to order me a spare key in the future. Amazing what technology has come to be. Ford dealership said to me when I got the car years ago that if I wanted a spare it was cost me $300 and that they were the only ones that can do it. That is clearly not the case.
