The locksmith had the door opened in 4 to 5 minutes. Very polite guy. It took him a little longer to get here than he thought, but I've never seen a better job or nicer person. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

My battery died in my car while I was taking my child to a doctor's appointment in Metairie. We are not from the area so I didn't know who to call for help. The hospital security was contacted and they gave me a number to a company to assist. That company wanted payment by phone prior to providing service. I asked if I could pay when they got there instead and they agreed. Told me they would send someone out within an hour. An hour and and a half later. That company wouldn't answer my calls. My husband was at home and started calling places to try to help. By this time, we had been at the hospital 2 hours from home for over 6 hours and were more than ready to be home. Mr Allen and Miss Lilly showed up promptly to jump my car and get us on our way. Mr Allen was friendly, professional and showed true concern for our well being. Trulox number will be stored in my phone for any needs in the future. They are #1 in my book. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue.
