They damage the door .... yet calling and calling finally advised they were giving refund....the incident occurred the 10th of October.... today is the 24th no refund issued ....

Hi,I am leaving this review in hopes that the managing team can get back to me asap. I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a call back that the dispatch team has assured me reached the management’s attention and am pending their reach out.There has been great individuals such as William and Nina who were excellent service reps. However, I encountered very disrespectful individuals who have picked up and hung up the phone, or flat out told me they are very busy and do not have the time to provide service.I am pretty upset as my business with this company at first was great and recomendable, but now I am starting to question whether they are amazing at all.Please help me prove the 1star rating is wrong so that I may get the help I need.Thank you.
I give a 3 because the gentlemen was nice and fast . However he charged me 185.00 to pick my lock and I was not given that amount until after he was finished. He took me by surprised and it took every penny I had at the moment . He also damaged the area on the door frame as he tried to use the bladders and screw drivers to get in. He mentioned 125.00 at one point but then it jumped to 185.00 Like I said he was quick and nice but the cost was extremely high.
