I do not recommend that you use this company and I'm looking for a way to contact the Better Business Bureau(BBB) so they can have more of a negative review. I activated this company to put a lock on a door. The locksmith put the wrong lock on the door and denied that he understood what I wanted. He said he needed to go to the store BUT L went around the block according to my neighbor's ring camera. He then waited on the next block for 15 mins. Then he came back to my house BUT ge said he went to the store! He then came back with another lock the, the one that I wanted but the face was smaller. As a result of the first lock being larger, the hole HE MADE was open to the elements. Meaning, I can look right out the door and I could see the outdoors. He then upcharged me. This company is a scam. I don't recommend them. I ALSO FELT unsafe.
Lost my key at 11pm. Next morning called at 9am, technician promptly showed up at 12pm. Even called to let me know he’s getting close. He arrived and less then 30 minutes I had my key made. Truly saved the day, thank you.

I was losing hope and then these guys came through and took much needed stress off my shoulders they didn't have the original fob but that was explained to me before the services which I appreciate communication was excellent and service is fast thank you guys again for coming to save the day!
