Took almost 4 hours to get a key replaced for my unlocked vehicle. The first guy clearly didn’t know what he was doing and told us he was waiting for his boss and it could be done right away or might take 20-30mins. It took 4 hours and then still proceeded to charge full price.
I needed a new fob and programming on it, got a very quick response. Gentleman was out within 30 minutes to me after he last job. Made sure he had the right fob, was done In 20 minutes or less for me.
Brett came out and inspected the issue. He was able to fix the issue and was able to help us overall. It was raining heavy and he was committed to his job. Overall great customer service and awesome work. We couldn’t help ourselves to buy him lunch. I appreciate well and honest people than the one that came out and tried to charge us 1200 for a quick fix. Brett 5 stars
