I called Luis for a key fob replacement/programming. He was there within 40 minutes and got right to work. He was professional, reasonable and easily exceeded my expectations. The job was done in under an hour and we were back on the road. I'll definitely use Luis again! Thank you!
READ THE BAD REVIEWS. Melbourne area I failed to notice they weren’t even local to me even though advertised - that’s just a minor caveat. The tech came, late, to key a few home doors and install a knob/lock - straight forward. Completely incompetent, rude and dismissive. Tried to act like he couldn’t even complete a single portion of the job and I should purchase all new handles and pay him the service fee and reschedule. Finally got him to do the one install and he was here for over 2 hours and just complained. At the end he couldn’t break down the price. Quoted $99 starting and was charged $275. Called the main line where they also couldn’t break down how we got to $275 and am waiting to hear from “quality control” on the breakdown. The kicker is he spent half of his time stinking up my bathroom and fiddling with his car battery. Scammy company, wildly terrible service and completely clueless techs. Plenty of other companies I called after gave me clear quotes over the phone with great customer service etiquette - which they have zero of. I wish I had been more diligent and used someone else so I write to to hope you will be better than me. DO NOT USE.
Pros and cons are what you are taught when trying to evaluate something. From my experience with this company there are no pros, only cons.Be warned, I had to file a small claims suit against them. Two cars, two towing charges, two cars I was stranded with.Nothing but cons with this company, not one pro I can list.
Avoid this company — faulty key, endless excuses, and zero accountability.I purchased an aftermarket key from ProLocksmith Orlando on October 29, 2025, and immediately began receiving “Passive Entry / Passive Start” and “Anti-Theft System Fault” warnings from my Ford. My original key never triggers these alerts — only the one they programmed does. When I contacted the technician, he repeatedly promised to fix it but never followed through. Here are just a few of the messages I received:“I’ll come tomorrow to change the battery.”“I had a long day, I’ll come Monday.”“I’m busy, it’s complicated, but I’ll let you know.”“I had a flat tire; I’ll fix it tomorrow.”It took them 11 days to finally come back — and even then, instead of resolving the issue, he insisted the Ford app was “making it up” and that the problem wasn’t real. Apparently, he believes he knows more about Ford’s vehicle security systems than the actual engineers who designed them.Ford’s own documentation clearly states that these warnings indicate a key that is not correctly programmed or synchronized, yet he refused to acknowledge that possibility. Instead, he blamed the app, ignored the evidence, and claimed it was out of his hands. When I pressed for help, the technician became defensive and claimed it wasn’t their responsibility. In his final message, he said he was “happy” because he recorded a video of the key “working perfectly” and accused me of being disrespectful for questioning the issue. He even threatened to “fight the card transaction” rather than simply take responsibility for the faulty key.I’ve included screenshots of our entire conversation so others can see the pattern of delays and excuses. The key still triggers the same security faults, and their customer service has been dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to take accountability.Honestly, it probably would have taken ten minutes to properly reprogram the key and fix the issue — but instead, the technician insisted everything was fine and even said he was happy with how it turned out. It’s hard to take confidence in a company that refuses to listen, ignores evidence, and believes they know more than the engineers who designed the car.
After calling around to have some older Honda keys cut, came across Pro Locksmith. They gave me a no haggle price, and was the cheapest in town. Arrived exactly at 9am, the lady greeted me with a smile, and cut both keys in under 15 minutes, super easy!! Definitely, my go to for all future key related issues. Thank you for your professionalism.
