My wife called this company for an emergency lockout. The technician who arrived, Miguel, charged my elderly mother $149 to open a bottom door lock only (no deadbolt) at 2pm on a weekday. No drill either.After learning how high the charge was, my wife called the company again to request a quote for the same exact service. Another technician quoted $80.When we contacted the company to ask why two different prices were given for the same job, we were told that Miguel was “not associated” with the company—despite the fact that both technicians were contacted through calls made to the business, and we have names and phone numbers for both. As well as the receipt with Miguel's name on it and his phone number and the description where he put pick/drill.We are not disputing that the service was performed. We are disputing undisclosed and inconsistent pricing, particularly when a higher price was charged to an older customer during an emergency.This experience was misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.The business replied to my wifes review asking her to call the office manager and when she called the dispatch they told her twice someone would call back.Still no email or callback.
