Shawn was very nice and knowledgeable. Arrived on time, actually early. I had a security door with a broken lock and was unable to get out my house. He came within 2 hours. He was able to get the door unjammed. Assessed the issue, provided feedback and steps needed to complete the job. He returned about 3 days later after ordering the needed security lock and completed the job. I will definitely be using him for any other issues in the future.

I was originally scheduled to meet him the day before at 5 PM, but I ended up having to stay late at work. He was so accommodating and didn’t hesitate to adjust—he came out the very next morning at 6:30 AM before I left for work.He even texted me at 6:15 AM to let me know he was on the way, and true to his word, he was outside by 6:30.
