West Phila Locksmith is excellent. The dispatcher was efficient, the technician Guka upon arrival got right to work uninstalling the old and replacing with a new lock in about a half hour. All parties (office, billing and onsite) were courteous which is always a plus with customer service. Would highly recommend and use again should the need arise.
5/5. Promptly picked up the phone, was given an eta of 15 min and was in my home again minutes after they came. The tech was professional and friendly. I hope to not need them in an emergency again, but will not hesitate to call!
