This young lady was so professional. Answered my call, set up an appointment and came out quickly. Made a key Fob and a spare key for our work truck for an excellent price. She will be my families go to person for any locksmith needs, as well as my company's needs. Great job, Thank you again
The only lockpick service of the 5 or so I called where I actually got the technician on the line instead of a call center. She was able to come out the same day and make me two new car keys that work perfectly. Friendly, fast and on-time. Definitely recommend.
We are very disappointed that we hired this business to open our house. My understanding is that the owner subcontracted my job to a 3rd party. So in fairness, it might not be entirely on Locksmith Express but I still hold them accountable because they are who we contacted. The subcontracted business was terrible and a borderline scam. Since they did not know how to pick our lock, they drilled the deadbolt and left a huge mess of shavings and used drill bit behind for me to clean. They charged $250 to destroy my deadbolt due to lack of expertise. When I asked for a quote to replace the deadbolt, I was first quoted at $1100-1200. Then they came down to $700, then a final offer at $300. I found a different fair business to repair and rekey the deadbolt for $155.
Our locksmith was wonderful. The price was fair. She came to us. She programmed our prepurchased key fob in less than 5 minutes. So happy to have found our new locksmith.
If you are looking for a good, local Locksmith, look no further. My wife lost the keys to our Jeep out at the lake while kayaking. I called the dealership where we bought it and they were not helpful. They said it could be between $300 and $500. Even though it is a push to start, it seemed pretty high for a duplicate key. I found Locksmith Express, there is a chat button on her site. I chatted with Luna, the owner. She was able to answer all my questions. She gave me a price much lower than the dealer. She is mobile so she came to my house and within 20 minutes, I had a fully functioning key. I couldn't have asked for me.
