Reviews commonly note timely service, clear communication, and technicians who explain the work as they go. Several customers highlight fair or straightforward pricing and successful deadbolt or rekey jobs. A few comments mention friendly technicians by name. There are occasional reports of curt counter service, but most feedback trends positive.

Apparently the lady still works there from the previous review 3 years ago unless they hired another very rude person my key wasn’t working in the lock she argued with me that it was the wrong key I told her I have been using the key for 2 years, she then said it was a master key, I told her this is the copy I had made there 2 year ago(I remember she was rude and not that friendly back then either) she walked to the back and came out and all she said it’s working now. Please teach her some customer service! It is not that hard to greet someone when they walk into your business and actually act like you want to help! Communication skills go a long way.

I wish I could give them 6 stars! We used North Hills Lock & Safe to add some new lock hardware and re-key the doors on our newly purchased home. From the people on the phone to our locksmith Andy, everybody was excellent. Extra kudos to Andy for being extremely friendly and professional and communicating his every move as he completed our project. If I ever need locksmithing services again, these guys will be the first place I call.
