We had looked everywhere for a skeleton key for an old lock to no avail. This place had just what we needed. Competent, friendly, professional staff.
We have a 1963 trailer and never had the key for the original lock. We do now. Quick, friendly service and reasonably priced. Called 5 different locksmiths and they said they would try to make us a key. Another great family owned business! Thank you.
You should call first to know their hours and to check they have the base key. They are pretty fast though. You don't need to wait a long time to get your key.
No one ever answers the phone. No answering service. Come to find out hours are 9am to 1pm. How convenient. Dropped by to have special key made. Custom order. They said three days. "We will call you". After 2 weeks, I called to follow up. No record of order! "We will look into it and call you back". No return call after 5 days. Do not bother here. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
