The staff here are always attentive and helpful. I stopped by looking for a product to remove dust from my computer keyboard, and an employee immediately helped me find it and walked me to the correct aisle. At checkout, another staff member gave me useful tips on how to use it safely. Overall, a great experience with friendly and knowledgeable service.
Our local Ace hardware store wouldn’t let me use their phone or let me have their wi-Fi password, while there was a version cell outage. Had to travel all the way home to get the information I needed, instead of conveniently calling there.I expect this type of customer service from a big box store, not my local Maine Hardware store. Very disappointing
I was treated very badly from an employee at this location,(Commercial Sales Team) he was rude, disrespectful and pretty much told me to take my business else where. I just purchased $3,500.00 in product in the last month, I ordered an item that they said would be on the truck the next day, a few days went by so I called to find out where it was, only to be told they never said they could deliver it at that time . Rude, Rude, Rude and I will be taking business to another Hardware store. Also they invoiced me before we received the item.The worst Customer Service I ever experienced.
UPDATE: Rick, the president, wrote that nice response to my initial review and ended up honoring my return. Faith restored! Thanks Rick.I bought the wrong socket set, tried to return it but it looked like someone had used it (not me), so they were initially reluctant to take my return.
Wonderful staff and extremely helpful. Stop here often for projects both large and small. Not only will they help you find what’s needed but I’ve had several employees take time to chat in great detail for tips / tricks for our plans.
