Ilan got me back on the road again after not being able to start my Odyssey, even with the spare keys. Ilan was busy, but he came to Beaverton as soon as he could. Upon arriving, Ilan quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. Ilan repaired the ignition and supplied new keys for it. Ilan is impressive and is a nice guy, too!
I was replacing my Subarus key battery when I accidentally lost the tiny RFID security piece. When I couldn't find it I called Ilan to ask if he could help. He showed up within 2 hours and got to work. After a short time figuring it out, he was able to reprogram my key and even cut me a new backup so this won't happen again. I would recommend to anyone needing his help and won't hesitate to work with him again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Ilann was the most wonderful I came across in a long time. My car lock was broken by thieves, parts are back ordered. Ilan was prompt, communication was impeccable, he came on time with same day option, the fees were lower than 3 other quotes I got and he did NOT push unnecessary repairs. The man is a genius and was able to fix an unfixable lock, the other 3 quotes told me to pay for a full change. He took his time, came up with creative solutions, was polite and so nice. 2 weeks later the lock is still doing great.As a solo girl dealing with companies constantly trying to upsell you and provide dishonest work, it was the most refreshing encounter.
