A hotel in question city lost our fob on holiday Monday, when we called AZ they were kind and helpful. Unfortunately due to the holiday they were unable to help us as they said they would have required a master pin from GM to program a new fob and GM was closed. This may be something to keep in mind as a limiting factor to using them if it's an after-hours emergency. Otherwise staff were friendly and prompt in returning our call.
