Very bad experience in this store. I came with two new door handles for my house purchased in another store to have the locks adjusted and only had one key. The advisor present did not help me at all and looked down on me so much and made me feel stupid for my choice of handles (which were not the handles he sold) that I left to go and get service from a competitor. After 2-3 "I'll tell you my dear madam", it was too much. In short, we will come back for the customer experience and professionalism.

J'ai acheté 2 poignées de portes d'une valeure d'environ 500$ pour les deux. Chaque poignées venait avec 2 clés, ce qui en faisait 4. Le vendeur à ajusté les deux serrures pour que Je puisse me servir de la même clé ce qui fait que les 2 autres cle s ne sont plus bonnes. J'ai fait faire 2 clés supplémentaires pour mes enfants, le vendeurs à refuser de me les donner pour remplacer les 2 autres que j' avais payé avec la poignée. Pour ma part, j'ai trouvé ça cheap et plus jamais je ne ferai affaire avec eux.
