I highly recommend their service. I had an issue with my vehicle not starting. So, I thought it was my key fob not working. When the technician arrived, he found out that my ecu had been locked. He not only fixed my key issue, but also unlocked the engine for me. He was professional, and respectful.
I made an appointment online through what google said was the “business preferred platform” for requesting an appointment to have a new home re-keyed. Got email and text confirmation that appointment was accepted, text reminders throughout the week of upcoming appointment. When no one showed, I called and was told there was nothing scheduled on their end. No concern was showed that a scam site might be offering scheduling from their google site, no apologies were given, but they offered to come after the weekend on Monday at 9am. When no one showed by 15 after 9 without contacting me, I called and could not get through. I quickly found someone else.
This place is the best! I stumbled upon this place and I called to inquire about my car key being fixed and even though it was after 5pm, Josh opened his doors and assisted me with fixing my key. I highly recommend this store.
