Tried to call them numerous times. Tried to enter the ZIP code like it asked me to and it tells me that my zip code is apparently not valid even though I've entered the valid Red deer zip code that I live in. Tried calling a million times just puts me through to an automated service that asked me for a zip code and when it tells me the zip code is incorrect it just hangs up on me so I can never get through to a person absolutely ridiculous
The machine was having trouble reading my key. After a few tries it finally worked, come to find out the key doesn’t work.
The key did not work. I sent an email to customer support and they are going to reimburse my card. The reply to the email was very quick.
