There are not many times when you phone for assistance and the person on the other end of the phone tells you 'try this first - it may save you a costly service call.'I called Sam and he probably spent 10 minutes with me over the telephone and exchanging pictures so that he might see the issue with my lock. He could have told me he would come out and look at the lock but instead suggested I first try WD40 lubricant. It worked. Sam did not make a service call and I probably saved $100.Thanks Sam. Sam was great. Pulled up to the car, laid out all options moving forwards. Explained why some options cost more and proposed cheaper alternatives. Did not try to sway my decision from those presented. Overall did a great job. I appreciated his time and work.

Excellent service! The lock on our condo door broke this morning and the bolt was stuck leaving us unable to exit our apartment I called several locksmiths and the only one who picked up was Sam. None of the others even had the ability to leave a message. As I was talking to Sam we were able to remove the lock from the door but obviously needed a new lock installed. Sam showed up within an hour and installed a new high quality deadbolt lock and cut several extra keys for us at our request. His prices are VERY reasonable for the quality of his work.
