UPDATE:Originally left a bad review but...The owner of the company came in person to fix the issue and give me a completely new ignition cylinder.The original technician was new to the team and hasn't quite learned to communicate properly with the customer. Leading to the unapproved work and fallout.The owner was very nice and accommodating. Going above and beyond to get the solution figured out and fixed to working normally.I can see why he has hundreds of reviews that are all 5 stars because he makes sure any bad reviews are taken care of and the problems are made right.Would highly recommend the business for the owner alone!!!

It was so easy to schedule an appointment and get my locks and keys replaced. Service was prompt, handled with care (my door is very old), with no need for ordering parts or disposing of the old hardware. I can’t recommend Access Local Locksmith/Mr. Locksmith Sacramento enough!
