I have been very impressed with Bob’s lock and key. We had to call them for my place of business, and the gal on the phone was very accommodating and friendly. She was able to take care of us right away. Randy, the service man that came, came when he said he would, and you can tell he truly cared about taking care of our business needs and wanting to be respectful of our door and circumstances as to not damage anything. He was communicative and transparent with our situation. He even came back the next day to gather more details and did not charge us extra. We are moving forward with them and the quote they gave us to help fix our door. Thank you. We appreciate Randy and all that have helped us. Oh, Natasha was amazing too, and helped to answer all our questions on the phone.
Great place to go! The guy there helped me make a new key for my car. The whole process to get a key cut and programmed was quick and easy. He also helped me fix my car trunk key hole. Great service, price, and overall amazing.

The ignition cylinder on my 1979 Subaru brat stopped working and I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere.I took it to Bob’s and they had the right parts and skills to repair the ignition cylinder.They fixed it for a fair price, and turn around was fast.Thanks for helping me keep my Brat on the road!
