AVOID! Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited almost 3 hours just to get a spare key made. Tech was in no rush and when I went to go ask him how much longer he was just scrolling on his phone. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Their employees obviously need more training before they get sent out on their own.
I needed a new key fob. Vince was amazing. He was courteous, and fit me in on the same day. The amount quoted was what I paid. They told me 30 -45 mins for completion of the job and they finished in 30 mins. I would highly recommend Dup-A-key.
Got a great quote for a new key fob and was able to make an appointment for the next day. Only took about 30 minutes to get my replacement and everyone there was very helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.
Professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and amazing customer service. They did everything in their power to try to save me money by exhausting all other possible solutions. I really appreciated that. They did everything they could to try to save my ignition lock, and even though we finally concluded that it was the ignition lock itself that was the problem, they came out and replaced it and gave me a good price for a full service replacement. And also the locksmith who came out had a great sense of humor, and was a good positive guy. Overall, I do highly recommend.
