Incredible service! The lady who took my call was very helpful when I initially booked - she got me an appointment within days of the call. When they had to reschedule, they called immediately to apologize and to book me in for a new time that was convenient to me. When Jordan arrived to install the deadbolt and keypad, he was very friendly and helpful. His work was tidy and efficient, and he even brought along a broom to clean up any mess he made! Jordan also took the time to make sure I knew how to do a factory reset on the keypad and offered to help with it, if needed. The pricing of the job was also very fair! Very happy with the service received and I will certainly use Babb again if ever needed!
Babb Lock & Safe has come a long way from the small locksmith that used to be on Water Street West in years gone by.They did a great job in opening my father's old safe and refinishing it for me to have as a useful momento of him. Amanda was most helpful in trying to connect me to a very busy Daryl who had the expertise to open the safe without damaging it and allowing for its restoration.Thanks folks.
