Shady business practice: was told a $29.99 service fee over the phone, and that ended up being $500. He charged $189 for emergency call, $120 for service, $30 for travel, and $80 for like, additional service, and then $70 for tax. Then he kept asking for cash. I was in no position to drag on the process and try to make it all reasonable, so I just paid and moved on with my day. Don’t use them.
