Despite possibly losing a sale from his own inventory, he generously gave me some very critical information which led to the purchase of a high quality unit at a very reasonable price. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I wanted to share this to let the owner know that consistency in customer service is really important. The first time I visited, I was treated very nicely, and I even bought an overpriced item to support a local business. But when I returned because the product didn’t fit my needs, the service was noticeably less welcoming. Even if you have a final sale policy, it’s really about how consistently you treat customers from the first visit to the next. I hope the shop understands that keeping that same level of courtesy and respect—especially when a customer has already paid a premium—is key to building long-term trust.
We had exceptional service from the owner and his wife. When we asked if they could open a sextant box which we had lost the key for. They were able to open it after some intricate work. The box had been closed for over 50years.Thank you both very much.Marilyn and Malcolm
This is hands down the easiest 5 star I ever had to give!A couple of months ago, I needed to copy a key and I've visited many key cutting places but none was able to do what I needed, until one of them finally recommended me to go Maximum Lock & Security as they would be the one that can do almost anything and everything, and they sure were able to!I came in for a key cut not expecting anything, but received the best customer experience I've ever had! I spoke to the owners (wife and husband) and just had great conversation and forgot I was there for a key cut.Great people and happy to continue to support our local businesses!
I needed a basic key cut, it was cheaper and more accurate than the machines. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for anything or lock or safe related to go here! Best in-class service will definitely return!!
