The entire process was incredible. I called in and was able to speak with someone very fast. They told me that a tech would call after taking down my info and a tech called in less than 5 minutes to tell me that he was 30 minutes away. The tech called after 10 minutes to inform me that the vehicle was unlocked.Thank you, Zack. I recommend this locksmith to anybody that needs extremely fast, reliable service.
Called around 9:30am to see if they could help open my car, the guy was in a rush to end the call and said a person would be able to help at 11am. Didn’t receive a call from the worker who was supposed to help. At 11am, no show. Called the company, didn’t pick up any of my calls. After discussing what had happened, I have received a call from the worker who was supposed to help and said he was going to come in 40 minutes, which later turned into 25 minutes, than 13 minutes. The worker was an hour and 11 minutes late from the original time they have provided for me and with little to no communication. Very disappointed from a 4.9 star company. And very disappointed for giving me a $30 discount for being EXTREMELY late. Would not recommend.
