It's interesting that these guys are rated almost 5 stars. Reason being is that I called for help and explained that my 20 year old vehicles plastic tumbler that surrounds the metal ignition seemed to have cracked and my key would not go into the ignition due to possible debris. I explained this to the technician who I asked for a price estimate based upon potential fixes/scenarios, which he stated he could not provide until he looks at it. We agreed that before he performs the job, he would analyze it and let me know a price. He arrives and had me assist him with my flashlight, grabbed a long flathead screw driver and ripped my plastic tumbler off the ignition, in a hurried manner, swiped the debris off, which apparently was blocking my key, and said okay 180 dollars. That was not what we agreed upon. I did not want a confrontation with the man. A day later I receive an invoice that said a new key was cut, which was not correct. I called the company multiple times and I explained my situation 3 separate times and was told I would get a called back and never did. The 3rd attempt, I was supposedly speaking to a supervisor (Nick) who said he would speak to the owner and call me back personally. Didn't get a call back!! Literally, where is the integrity here???? I was not trying even trying to get a full refund, just some sort of compromise. I needed to speak to someone who actually cared about how the business is being ran, and this was a complete negative reflection upon the structure and the leadership positioned within the company. There is no embellishing here. Everything is factual. What a terrible customer service experience. As cliche as it is, it's not about the money, it's about the principle, and the metaphysical energy/ karma they created for themselves which despite all the positive reviews, will have a consequence in due time.

Miguel helped me out of a bad situation tonight. My wife's honda had the key stuck in the ignition and the battery to the car died. Quick thinking and outside the box thinking he did. The full situation is to long but man this dude treated me like family and unlocked my wife's car no problem. Highly recommend. Cheap and reliable service.
