I'm a returning customers looking to have more work done... I used you all about 2 years ago... did a great job but we did have a disagreement... is that why your not calling me back... because you recognized my number even though I asked for it but it never got done. I called weeks ago for a simple job and no call back. I made a follow up call and still no call back...
Where to start … actually showed up when scheduled to give an estimate and then to do the work!! Did a wonderful job. Excellent price. Called Scott some time after the job was done & paid to make an adjustment. He did it, as promised! This company is not only reliable, does excellent work but CARES about the customer being happy after the job is done. These days, you can barely get anyone to show up to do the job, NEVERMIND after. Would give more stars so here they are … ?????????? RECOMMEND!!
This review is as true as it gets. " For a condo owner". Which should still apply as although it's contracted by Synergy in the city of Thunder Bay... which I assume chooses the lowest bid on windows".I pay a very high condo fee.. and for that I feel that the quality of work on all contracted work should be ok?Now it's been 2 weeks since this company has done work on my condo and the trim and caulking was like looking at a DIY job. Loads of it on the inside/ maitre joint/ outside of trim area. Already the seams arr coming apart and the trim seems really cheap. This is a very honest review I am concerned for other bidding companies but I guess the lowest price wins but actually for the condo owner it's owful and complaining to Synergy means nothing. I will add a picture for reference absolutely. The pictures with the heater show the drywall I had to clean out above the window which I don't think they noticed or thought to cover during the installation... I have never seen that.. i just noticed that when I turned on the heat; they should have covered that up before putting the new window in. And the picture with the separating of the trim and caulking it coming apart and it hasn't even been w weeks.
Had a few companies give us quotes for eavestrough and All Season had the best prices. They worked quickly and did a great job. I was told it could be up to 6 weeks before they got to us however it only took 2 weeks! They removed the old trough one day and had the new one installed the next. Owner is a nice reasonable person and easy to work with. We are very happy with our new eavestrough!
I was recommended this company by a number of people and I decided to get a quote for two big awkward windows and they quoted me a great deal. They came and did a very quality job and were right in the time frame they said they would take. The owner is super down to earth and was a breath of fresh air to have a professional worker that wasn’t up tight. Definitely recommend this contractor if you want great quality workmanship at a great price!!
