Forgot my pick up truck Keys oversees and needed to get home. Direct lock smith came to the rescue. From the initial phone call they are extremely courteous and professional, and very assuring on getting the job done. I spoke with Kevin the whole time, and they had great updates of the technician where abouts. The technician Matthew came and make the key on the spot for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional as well. Price was affordable and highly recommended these guys. I accidently locked my car key inside the car. The operator who picked up was able to give a reasonably priced quote on the spot instead of having to wait for a technician to call me, which is what most other companies did. When I said I'll call around to compare prices, the operator friendly reminder me to ask for both the service charge in addition to opening to lock to avoid hidden fees. This was free advice even if I wasn't gonna go with them.This was the best deal I could find. The technician arrived within 30mins and the service was quick. Technician was extremely observant, too. Better deal if you pay cash, which I didn't have on me. They also take credit card and e transfer.Would highly recommend for those in an unfortunate situation. Thank you for all your help!
