After asking for two copies to be made of a key, one of them worked fine (although very stiff and needs force) and one didn’t turn at all (clearly had a piece broken off). Took it back and explained that I had tried it five or six times and even showed him where it was broken and he got frustrated saying he doesn’t see it and that he’s never heard of this happening. He made me a new key clearly out of frustration and that new one also does not work.
