Excellent customer service! The team was responsive, professional, and always very helpful. Highly recommend coming to them.
Fabulous locally owned shop. Great service and solutions.
My business requires getting many many many DND keys made. Having newly moving to Vancouver from Portland I need a new locksmith to authorize my business to get these keys made. The process was streamlined and the locksmiths have been a great help. I highly recommend the quality of work.
I hired this company to put a new lock on the door at my business (cost $312.31). Afterward, three months and 8 days, the lock did not stay locked and would unlock after a few tugs on the door. I called and asked if they can fix it and they told me that they only warranty their work for three months (I was past that by a week), and it would cost me as a new repair. When the guy came on-site, he denied that the problem was due to their work and quoted my over $2000 to fix it. I called another company to get a second opinion and they confirmed that the it was simple problem (caused by Harry’s) and fixed it for $80. I don't know if this company is clueless when it comes to locks or if they just scamming people. Either way, avoid these guys at all costs.
