Wasted an hour driving back and forth to the store to make the copy and it didn’t work, for $10 for a SINGLE key copy I expected it to work perfectly. Definitely going to an actual locksmith or Home Depot for copies in the future.

So unprofessional. Absolutely no customer service to be seen. the key they made for me doesn't even work, and every time I call, they direct me to custom service. All I get is an answering machine. Worst company, don't waste your money. YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS. DO BETTER !!!!
