Firstly, just want to say that I love being able to schedule over text messaging.Recently, I moved into a new place and I needed to change my key code. I’ve only ever used traditional keys and didn’t know where to start.They were very prompt to answer and schedule a time to visit, and spend the time to thoroughly explain the keypad - how to reprogram and what to do about low battery, etc.I will definitely call Archer lock services again in the future!
A great experience with Archer Lock Services! I had a Schlage Encode remote locking system that was not working, the keypad would not light up. The app showed me that I still had battery power but the keypad was not responding.Alex answered my call quickly. On site, he was very professional and assessed the situation quickly - which meant i needed to get a new lock. I ran off to get the new lock, and he went off to wait to hear from me. After I returned with the new lock, he had it installed in 20 minutes, and didn’t charge me extra time.Excellent experience, and great value.
