Customers consistently report prompt response times, courteous technicians, and effective solutions for lockouts, rekeying, and hardware upgrades.

I was super impressed with the service. Emmanuel was so kind. Quick to arrive. Funny in a stressful moment and reunited me with my pup on the other side of the door in a few short moments.

Price was fair. Let’s face it… it’s not a cheap moment. However, given they are the experts to get me back in… money well spent.

Thanks so much.

I am writing this review about the company and the owner, not the technician who came out to help me.

Less than a year ago, I paid $200 to have a spare key fob made for my vehicle. The purpose of spending that amount was to have a reliable backup in case I lost or damaged my original key. Unfortunately, before a year had even passed, the spare fob completely stopped working.

I contacted the owner, Alec/Alex, to explain the issue. The battery was still functioning, but the fob would not connect to my vehicle. I was surprised, as there should be no reason for a properly programmed key fob to simply “disconnect,” especially within such a short period of time. If I paid $200 for a spare, I expect it to remain functional when needed.

When the technician came out, I was told the fob had disconnected because it had not been used for a certain period of time. This was the first I had ever heard of such a requirement. At no point during the original service was I informed that the fob needed to be used regularly to remain programmed. Had I been told, I would have made sure to use it periodically.

Instead of standing behind the product, the company placed the blame on me — stating that I didn’t use it enough and that the battery was low. This explanation is confusing, as the fob was barely used. If anything, minimal use should preserve battery life, not drain it.

What was most disappointing was the resolution. Although the owner initially told me I would not be charged for a service call because I was a returning customer, I was later told there would be a $75 service fee, $25 for a new battery, and approximately $85 to reprogram the fob. After already paying $200 for a product that failed within a year, being asked to pay additional fees to fix what appears to be a product or programming issue feels unreasonable.

I believe when customers pay a premium price for a key fob, it should function reliably without requiring undisclosed maintenance conditions. At the very least, clear communication and standing behind your work would go a long way.

Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I had an amazing experience with this locksmith company, and especially with Cameo! I was locked out of my car late in the evening and feeling pretty stressed, but Cameo arrived quickly and immediately put me at ease.
He was professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what he does. Within minutes, he had me back in my car without any damage at all. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
The pricing was fair, the service was fast, and the customer care was top-notch. If you ever need a locksmith, ask for Cameo — you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend this company!

Definitely a great place with great nice guys that are very helpful and honest! Cam and Paran are doing their best to help me get my car keys made and programmed.

It was the first time I had locked myself out of my apartment before work in the morning and I decided to give this service a shot. Called in and was answered up promptly. The dispatcher was swift and professional in sending Max to my place.

Max was very friendly and professional, and I appreciated hearing his thoughts on my security. He got me back inside quickly without having to drill the lock, and payment was reasonable. I would definitely use them again (but will try to not need to).
