We had an issue with a 2009 Ford Fusion ignition switch so I took the advice from my mechanic (son) to call Acadia. Brilliant! In a word. I received same day mobile service in Sooke. I received a message later in the day confirming my appointment and Russ called me to say he was heading out with an accurate Time of arrival.After thorough diagnostics the issue was determined and fixed. Their repair estimate was accurate so no surprises there.I highly recommend these guys.
I left my keys including my car FOB in my home office as I was leaving. I called Arcadia Lock and Key and they sent one of their technicians to my home. Their technician Gareth was here very quickly and unlocked my office door so I could retrieve my keys. Gareth was great. He re-keyed my locks, provided some spare keys and checked my FOB battery levels. He was friendly, professional and fast. I am very happy with the service. :) Thank you Gareth and Arcadia.
Wanted to share a great experience this morning dealing with Jackie and Adam.We needed a replacement key fob for our Lexus RX and were directed to Arcadia by our dealer.From the initial consult with Adam to the detailed estimates and timelines from Jackie, to the repair, the whole interaction was first class. I went on a wild goose chase trying to sort out my fob, the thing is, I didn’t need too, the bcaa guy recommended this place to me off the hop however, I wanted to see my options.Hoping the dealership I purchased my van from recently would help or give a solution, they did not. I went from place to place, before I ended up here, I was sent to one business, that business sent me to the dodge dealership in Langford, Langford cut a key, but couldn’t do the fob, so I drove to the dodge in Victoria ?? Dodge Victoria was going to charge me 420 plus tax I think ( tax was give or take ) So I called Arcadia and they were on the pricing and immediately helpful !!! I got in within a week and I saved 140 dollars. ??????Gareth was kind, friendly, helpful - had a great recommendation regarding Bcaa ( they will hopefully reimburse me a bit as well ) This was quick, easy and painless. Highly recommend this place above and beyond other key cutting service places I went to this previous week and over the years : ) Spectacular service ????
I’m super relieved to have my car back! Arcadia were recommended by my car dealer, and even by Ford (who would have been about $500 more expensive!). Adam was great on the phone, and their text and quote system was pretty nifty. Russ who came to do the job was friendly and gave me a heads up when he was on his way. I was impressed with their service, to the extent that I’m gonna book them in for a residential job I need doing asap. Thanks all for your help ????
