Asked to get a new key for my 2002 BMW 330i. Artem was very easy to communicate and was quite friendly, at first I thought it was a little strange since I dropped the car off at a residential parking garage, where I assume he lived.For the new key to work it has to be programmed to the immobilizer of the car and cut which is the difficult part, and it also has to be programmed to remote unlock. He did a great job cutting the key and pairing it with the immobilizer, but there was some challenges just because the car is old and complicated getting the key paired to do remote unlock. But I was able to get the key paired for that.Artem did the hard part of cutting it and programing it to the immobilizer even when he was sick and did it in less then 1 hour. This is one of the only 2 places in Victoria I could get a new key cut and programmed and this was significantly cheaper for only 280$ when every where else quoted nearly 400$.I would recommend the services as they where a good price, quick and friendly!
