This was a wonderful and delightful situation, Jacob was extremely helpful. knowledgeable and has a passion for his crafted. I'm so lucky to have found them and he made everything work out so easy, understanding and overall great customer service skills. No rip off, just a person who's honest and upfront about the services he was providing. Hopefully I wouldn't need them again, but if I'm ever in this situation I'll be sure to reach out to him first. This company was so unbelievably professional, helpful, kind and just overall great!! At first I spoke with Jacob. I was later contacted by Ethan letting me know that he would be the one helping me as Jacob was busy. No problem at all. Ethan had to meet us at my son’s school, which was where the car was. While working on the key he shared that he is a recent high school graduate. I was shocked!! His parents should be so proud of this young man… He was so mature, respectful, polite and professional. We will most certainly use this company again in the future should the opportunity arise!
