Went there to get a small safe open that I lost the key to. Will was very friendly and very helpful. He picked the lock in a few seconds, and then replaced the closing / lock assembly. I strongly recommend Will and his company!!

After being quoted a ridiculous number from a Nissan Dealer to cut my Key and program my FOB on our "new to us" 2017 Pathfinder. I again went back to It's a Lock, previously used them for another vehicle. My keys were perfectly cut, and programming was perfect. Actually, it was better than perfect because the reprogramming corrected the remote start. I also was able to get spare gas cap keys cut. I passed at least a half dozen locksmiths from Hilltop to Newton, but I never had such quality cutting of my keys. They turn the locks as smoothly as originals do because they care about giving quality service. Honestly, you are throwing money away going to any other locksmiths. It's a Lock definitely surpassed all expectations on quality and service. Thanks again
