Very punctual and drove quite a ways to help me program my transponder key for my Toyota, every other locksmith said weeks, dealership said weeks, he came the next morning. Well worth the price given he had to drive an hour and everywhere local including the dealership quoted higher along with the long wait times.
JB lock and are amazing! Highly recommended! I had a key stolen from my pickup and they were able to make a new key program key fob without a key! Works perfectly! He was quick and professional and had me fixed up in less than 20 minutes. Another locksmith had looked at pickup previously and told me I needed key codes from dealer before he would be able to fix. Again so thankful I found them. Obviously writing review to say how pleased I am with JB lock and key. But just want to insure that when calling on a locksmith that you don’t make the mistake I made and just pick first one that comes up on search.
He helped me with issues I was having with my key fob. He also cut me a new key pretty quickly. If I need any locksmithing done, this is where I’m going next time. Very honest and great service!
Absolutely Outstanding! 5 Stars well deserved!The ignition on my 2009 Honda Fit went out, and I had some trouble finding a locksmith here locally that seemed trustworthy. But from the very first phone call with JB Lock and Key, I could tell that this company placed INTEGRITY above all else. My technician (Jeremy) was very knowledgeable and professional - and more importantly to me, he exhibited some stellar customer service.My technician was able to schedule me SAME DAY Service, and completed his work in just over an hour. He did a Great Job, and went above & beyond by providing me 2 additional keys (1 for the door, and extra for the ignition).The price was very fair ($350), actually a bit cheaper than the first two companies (1st quote was $500, 2nd quote was $425) Google tried to recommend to me.I don't do it very often, but I did actually tip the guy - Very well worth it!I recommend this company to ANYONE looking for this service ??
