I contacted Certified Lock & Access after the opener on my detached garage failed, and I didn’t have a key to open the side door. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very kind and was able to schedule me for immediate service. Alex came out and quickly opened the door, re-keyed the lock to be the same as the house, and repaired the strike plate. He was nice and seemed very knowledgeable about residential locks. The cost ended up being less than what I expected. I highly recommend Certified Lock and Access!
