DO NOT USE! This was one of the most unethical service experiences we have ever had.The locksmith Ben showed up over an hour late. What should have been a routine lockout turned into a $2,700+ charge — for a simple lockout. That price is outrageous and completely out of line with industry norms. We paid at the time because we were put in a vulnerable position and needed access immediately, but we absolutely felt taken advantage of.In a subsequent conversation, comments were made that we found deeply offensive and inappropriate.Between the extreme overcharging, the lateness, the offensive comments, and the retaliation, we strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Get a written estimate upfront and protect yourself.
Ben helped me get into a car that hasn’t been touched in over a year. He helped me get The car started. And gave me instructions on how to keep it going. He provided wonderful recommendations for local mechanics. He was so very humble and kind! A true angel! ??
