When I locked myself out of my house I called 2 Very well-known local locksmith companies and had to leave voice messages. When I hadn't heard back an hour later I called Kalix and within 6 minutes got a call from the very nice and professional technician, said he'd be here in about 40-45 minutes, and 58 minutes from calling Kailx he was all done and I was in my house! I hope to never repeat my mistake, but if I do Kalix will be my First call!I say, God bless them!(Btw, three & 1/2 hours later, I STILL haven't got a call-back from the 1st two...)

Wow, how unprofessional you guys must be and how misleading an Overall, 4.9 readings because you guys deserve not even one from me. So first of all the Hispanic woman who answered the phone when I initially called seemed as if she was professional. She told me that she was going to be having someone reach out to me in a couple minutes. Someone else was able to get back to me sooner and I preferred them based on their more positive reading over this company based off of their rating. When they called me (the guy) I said “hello I’m no longer interested in Services” and I said it very respectfully. The guy said “oh” and immediately banged in my face, I mean, didn’t say anything else straight hung up. OK I immediately thought “And that’s why I’m happy I made the decision I made….” But then I receive a call back from the same woman that told him to call me in the first place and she gets confrontational saying “hi ma’am, my technician called me and told me that you no longer want the Services so I’m just curious as to why” and I said “excuse me” did you just say you’re calling me back to ask me what is my reason of why I no longer want a service?” and she said “Yes, what is the reason?” I said “ma’am goodbye I don’t have to give you any other reason” and I hung up. I just couldn’t believe the audacity, you don’t call someone back patronizing them on why they made a decision they made you should actually look within and see how you guys handle things because you don’t patronize someone who you want to be a customer and you don’t bang in someone’s face because you feel as though you’re not gonna get their services… what a joke.
