So I’d had a day from hell and got home in -30 degree weather only to find I couldn’t turn the key in my deadbolt. It was pure luck I got Ken. I just picked the first one I saw. Too cold to sit in the car to look for reviews or call around. He was here within 5 minutes!!!! And had the door open under 3!!!! After a few adjustments, the lock was working like a charm (and it still was the next morning at -36!!!!!)

I called when it was -30c out locked out of my shop New Year’s Eve day.Ken came same day, on time to when he said he would be here.It was more difficult than usual to remove old dead bolt but he made sure it worked perfect before he left.
